Two new blogs

I've just learned about what so far look to be two great new blogs. In the order I heard about them:

Sound and Mind
Written by two cognitive musicologists, "Sound and Mind will primarily provide links to articles in journals and blogs on music and cognitive science, commentary on those articles, and a forum for discussion of these articles and other topics of interest amongst cognitive musicologists. Sound and Mind also features a podcast, in conjuncture with the Am Steg podcast, which will review books and articles and discuss issues of relevance to cognitive musicologists, as well as other musicians and cognitive scientists."

Alpha Psy
This blog, focusing on psychology and anthropology, is written by 10 French cognitive scientists and anthropologists (they write in English).

I've added both blogs to my "must read" list. You should, too.

I've often remarked that the beauty of this blog is that more people read here every day than I would reach in even the largest class I teach. Moreover, far more people read this blog than will ever read my peer-reviewed scientific publications. And that's even considering that we have very modest…
Lots of changes here at Scienceblogs today. The editors of Seed magazine give the lowdown at Stochastic: Welcome to the new ScienceBlogs! Beginning today, you'll notice a newly designed homepage (built from your feedback) at scienceblogs.com and the addition of 25 new blogs to our network. *** We…
Hello, Science Blogs readers. Many of you may be new to Mixing Memory, so I thought that for the first post at the new site, I would introduce myself a little. By a little, I mean a very little, because in case you hadn't noticed, I blog anonymously. Maybe that will change someday, but for the…
As you may know, I love the Journal of Science Communication. It publishes some very interesting and useful scholarly articles on a wide array of issues pertaining to the communication, education and publishing of science. I wish more science bloggers (and non-blogging scientists) read it and…

Great links! Thanks.

What blogs are on your must read list, out of curiosity?

Melanie, My must read list isn't nearly as well-kept as Gareth's. That's one of the things I need to get to one of these days; when I do, I'll add to the "links" list in the sidebar (also woefully out of date), and I'll write a post about it.
