That clip is from Imax Deep Sea, I happen to have a copy of it on DVD. The science is a bit light, it's aimed mostly at kids, but worth watching because the whole movie is shot that beautifully.

Yes, my deep sea-crazed son has seen that Imax DVD probably 15 times. It's perfect for kids, but I don't quite get the tag-team voice over with Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet.
