Anecdotal but factual,my rather serious asthma triggered by pollen has all but vanished having taken vitamin D in much higher than the British recommended dose for the last six months..

I am also asthmatic, and take daily multivitamins, which includes vitamin D, but I'm not sure if this is enough??

I began taking Vit D (D3) apx two mths ago. I have found a cinsiderable change in the appearance of evening bouts with asthma.

I have always eaten well, worked-out and taken care of myself. Amazing to think a deficiency in Vit D is what could trigger the asthma.
