More Expelled! ... you MUST read this...

PZ Myers is not pulling punches with Expelled! and the enigmatically moronic producers of said movie.

More like this

...to see Expelled! In perhaps the funniest incident I can recall involving a fellow ScienceBlogger since there has been ScienceBlogs, earlier this evening scourges of "intelligent design" creationism P. Z. Myers and Richard Dawkins went to see a screening of the antievolution pro-ID creationism…
Myers? Myers? .... Myers? ..... Myers? (He's not here, Ben ... Your producer threw him out.)You know about the incredibly ironic dust up, whereby Expelled! producers kicked PZ myers out of line at a pre-release showing, but failed to notice that Richard Dawkins was standing right next to him…
The other night, I wrote about how the painfully inept and just plain dumb actions of the producer of Expelled!, the neuron-apoptosing movie that's basically an extended argumentum ad Nazium against the dreaded "Darwinism" that blames Hitler, Stalin, and, apparently, puppy hatred on Charles Darwin…
I really didn't want to get involved with the whole "framing" debate again. For whatever reason (and they are reasons that I've failed to understand), the very mention of the word seems to set certain members of the ScienceBlogs collective into rabid fits of vicious invective that leave rational…

Hi - I like your blog but I do have to say one thing. Please reduce your font size. It's unsettling to me, probably on a mostly crazy level. Like I'm shrinking or suddenly started wearing invisible bifocals.

I and my 55-year-old eyes vote for the current font size. I hate having to squint and try to figure out which half of my bifocals I should look through because "monitor distance" is too close for their distant focus and too far away for their close focus. With a fairly large font like this, I can just take them off and read the text easily.

And thanks for keeping us updated on Expelledgate!

Usability studies show that youngsters also like a large font style that lets them lean back and read the screen from a distance. It is a bit unsettling, though, that your font is so much larger than everyone else's.

Brian: Sorry, I just saw this.

This font size is the smallest that I and many of my readers are comfortable with. If you are seeing a really huge font, maybe you need to make some adjustment. FOr instance, ctrl-minus key in Firefox, or increase the resolution on your computer screen...

Let me know how that goes.
