I don't pretend to understand everything I see.

I got this flier from the American Academy of Neurology in the mail, and it cracked me up. Check out under the title: It actually says: "Now Featuring More Basic Science than Ever!" Does that sound like a cereal commercial to anyone else? American Academy of Neurology: Now with more cornflakes…
I complain about crappy science journalism a lot. So I better give journalists and scientists a high-five when they do something right-- And Nikhil Swaminathan dun gud. Sure Im annoyed at him for calling HIV-1 a 'bug' (people know what a virus is), but he asked Anthony Fauci the *right* questions…

No, pretty much only white guys.

I think these high five guys have made a lot of videos, which might help explain what we are seeing. Or maybe not.

So that's why President Obama and Chief Justice Roberts had have another go at the Oath of Office is it? I saw them both holding their hands up but I didn't see them make actual contact at the inauguration.

LOL, that was pretty good.

Two black women in there, but not doing high fives.

Howard Dean, the highest Dem catch, but also not doing a high five.

Likewise Larry King and Jack Black and some other celeb cameos not doing high fives.

I think that video should come with a cheat sheet 'cause I didn't recognize like half the people in it. Also, Tucker Carlson and Newtie? Bad choices. Sorry, but I'm just not ready to make nice yet.
