The point? Some have said they've had trouble getting financial assistance because of things that really shouldn't matter. So this outfit is saying they won't be inappropriately judgemental. Is that what you mean?

The point of this is to sell investing services including enticing you to put your money into their mutual funds.

The point is to tell you that they have low lending standards, and will give you a mortgage even if a reasonable person would look at your credit history and decide not to.

Goats? Aren't they judged exclusively by their flammability?
