Unfortunately, yes, I am currently an IT professional due to the startling lack of new biology research positions opening in Louisiana... Anyway, done.

I did it but from an industry perspective it made very little sense. It separated out budget and strategic thinking. Those are ALWAYS together in industry. In fact at IT system planning levels they are almost the same. I just split the number but those are not independent things.
