I occasionally check in with the pro-ID blog Uncommon Descent, on the off chance they may have said something interesting. Sadly, the blog has mostly fallen on hard times.

I was amazed some 25 years ago when my partner told me she bought her clothes in the nearly new. Now I do exactly the same. It leaves some spare cash for those expensive specialty clothes that never show in the nearly new like super light weight convertible trousers.
But don't tell everyone, if the demand goes up so maybe will the prices!
