One of faculty I teach with has two bumper stickers on his car. One is a generic "Trump/Kaine 2016" sticker, the other one (the first one he had) simply says
"Where am I going and why am I in this handbasket?"
I know him well, and I'm certain he doesn't understand why I laugh each time I see them.
