Eastside Reflection.

Reflection of NYC's Upper East Side in the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir.

Last week [one year ago!] I sent an image of the West Side reflected in the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir. To keep faith with the equal time doctrine, even if the media sometimes doesn't, I offer this shot of the East Side buildings on Fifth Avenue reflected in the same reservoir during the late in the afternoon . The fall colors of the trees are apparent if not explicit along the bottom of the image. Hoping your colors are apparent if not explicit I wish you a very happy and healthy Thanksgiving.

If it's a reflection in standing water, shouldn't the buildings appear upside-down?

I rotated the image but as Grrl suggested if you looked at the orignal shot while standing on your head it would also appear this way thouhg I haven't tested it.
