I believe that's a Pine Warbler. It's a bird I haven't seen much (hm. at all?) since I was a kid kicking around at my grandparents' house in Florida, but this bird seems to match the Sibley illustration pretty well. I'm thinking this might be a male, because of the overall brightness of the bird, but I'm not sure about that.

Specific field marks: "yellow 'spectacles'", "dark auriculars", "indistinct olive streaks on sides of breast", and "white belly and undertail coverts" (again, per Sibley).

Looks like a classic male Pine Warbler to me. Unless it's a trick.
