I hope that you are enjoying your holiday,Grrl.
I think that Arums are nearly as fascinating a group of plants as Orchids and Cacti. I used to have quite a collection of them in my youth, although my mother didn't approve of the smell for some reason.
Not a flower of course, but an inflorescence, a whole spike of little flowers wrapped up in a showy bract.
