The preserved head of a California sea lion (Zalophus californianus), dissected and dyed to show some of the glands inside the head. From the collections of the New Jersey State Museum (originally from the College of New Jersey).

Note that that College of New Jersey is now called Princeton; The [current] College of New Jersey (capital-T-The, please) used be Trenton State.
That's cool!! Whoever did the dissection did a pretty good job. It looks like submandibular and parotid glands.
It's lovely dye work showing the ducts, especially since it's tricky not to nick the parotid duct where it crosses the masseter.
