I've updated the talks page on my web site after a long stretch of neglect. I've included links to podcasts and video of previous appearances, and what information I have at this point about upcoming talks.
Since I work at York University, I'm going to refrain from commenting on this lawsuit. However, as is my practice I'll be creating and maintaining a list of relevant articles and resources here to help me stay current on the matter.

Yeah, a Calgary appearance would be great, but what I would really like would be an Okanagan College or UBC Okanagan appearance.
Short of that, I'll wait until I move back east, and someday be near enough to hear a lecture!
I'm another satisfied customer, Carl. Excellent talk. When you were wrapping up, I checked my watch. You'd been speaking for about an hour, but it had seemed like only 20 minutes.
Oh, and though I got you to sign my old copy of At Water's Edge (an updated edition of which I'd buy in a heartbeat), I did get Parasite Rex. It's my current commute reading. Fascinating stuff.
I was riding the bus past the university, and caught the lightup billboard mentioning you coming into town. One of those times I wish I was back in school.
