My book's listed on Amazon! Now, because it's published print-on-demand, I think that Amazon will continue to list it as "Out of stock" until it gets about 5 or so orders in. When they have proof that people will actually buy it, they'll actually keep some copies in stock.

- If you're interested in the book and don't mind about when you get it, please order a copy from Amazon.
- If you want a copy before Christmas, I'd recommend ordering from Lulu (and before 12 December).
- If you've already ordered a copy of the book and read it, I'd be grateful for any reviews on Amazon that you care to write.

Those of you on Twitter yesterday probably noticed the explosion of tweets with the hashtag #amazonfail.
Amazon has sent a letter to all of its associates based in Minnesota. All Minnesota based associates are being thrown out of the Amazon Associates program as of July 1st. This is because the State of Minnesota passed a bill that Amazon does not like.
