We have ways of making you talk

Say, would the nice person who sent me the Roy Zimmerman CDs care to 'fess up in the comments?

I need to turn you in for sedition. There might be a reward.

More like this

These things have a way of snowballing…Luis kindly sends me a couple of Roy Zimmerman CDs, I make a comment about it, and next thing you know, the friendly people at Meta4Records send me the other albums he has made. I've got the complete collection now! So I created a Zimmerman playlist in iTunes…
OK, Canadians, 'fess up. I know you guys are so danged nice and polite…this is just an attempt to make your Southern neighbor feel less uniquely stupid, isn't it? You put up some obliging Québécois Inuit Pentecostals to pretend to be as dumb as a Kansas preacher, didn't you? "If the town complains…
A while back, I posted this video of an enthusiastic young atheist — and would you believe that almost immediately after I put it up, censorious theistic jerks started dunning youtube to remove all of her videos and ban her? It's nice to know that bullying thugs are monitoring Pharyngula to seek…
Another minor blog skirmish has erupted over a perennial issue in the blogosphere: the wickedness of anonymous commenters/bloggers/whatever. I'm going to sort of take the side of Greg Laden. I despise anonymous commenters. It's pretty much a sure sign that anything the person is going to say is…

@#$%@$#% Got to get my own blog, apparently it comes with lots of perks.

Not I.

Oh, sure. I do it for the cool stuff in the mail.

Whoever it was, I thank you! I've been looking for the next Tom Lehrer ...

Next Tom Lehrer? All the best to Zimmerman, but I'm pretty sure Lehrer was a one-off.

PZ--I like the new CSS, looks good, including the big gothic first letter. Visual style matters.

Speaking of gifts:

Harvard says Summers resigns as president

Isn't that a pity?

And for crying out loud, get those people at ScienceBlogs to fix the bug that makes it impossible to comment with Mozilla - it's even more annoying here, where I have been able to do that in the past.

That was me. I'm glad that you enjoyed it!

PZ, I know this is not an open thread, but I just thought I'd point out that there are some issues with the code behind the site - there are script errors on all the pages. Not only on Pharyngula, but on all the ScienceBlogs pages.

You might want to mention that to the ScienceBlogs people.

I thought that "Jerry Falwell's God" was pretty damn funny - till he smote me.

All the good ones are.

Funny stuff!

Oh, PZ, congrats on your epiphany!!
