Uncircumcised is a hurtful word. The normal penis is intact. "Uncircumcised" is used by those who would promote forced circumcision of children, since the word carries connotations akin to "not yet circumcised," making it seem like intact penises are just waiting for the corrective action of foreskin amputation.
"Intact" is just Latin for "untouched". Whether "untouched" or "uncircumcised"...
