it probably would be over the top, but he was comparing the Pats to a movie about POWs, not real ones. important difference. compared to some of the recent "Pats as Nazis" references in some of the other team's fan blogs, (not to mention this,) it's pretty innocuous.
and considering some of the history surrounding the pats, the colts and the rules, possibly not too far off. ;-)
