My problem with this in our new house is not the ceilings themselves but an overabundance of ceiling *fans*.
I like that you have the same "I'm not sure this kid isn't going to do a back flop off my shoulders" posture that I had the first time I put my daughter up there.
Well, since she loves flopping over backwards to end up upside-down, I think this is a more than reasonable fear . . .
