SteelyKid says "Pose with Appa? No way! I'm a baby on the go!"
I actually did get a couple of reasonable Appa-for-scale shots (one is below the fold), but I like the action quality of this one. It's an accurate representation of what she's like at the moment, too.
I'm already up to 178 pictures on the new camera, and while many of those are just repeated shots of the same objects with different camera settings, to see what the new camera can do, you can bet there will be a bunch of baby pictures turning up here in the next week or two...

The Pip turned one month old yesterday, so to celebrate, here's a picture of the whole family:
OK, it's not a photograph, but look! SteelyKid drew that all by herself! (The labels on the drawing were done by one of her preschool teachers; the printed text was added by me when I obscured the given…

OK, I did most of the work of clearing a path to the door, but SteelyKid insisted on helping sweep some snow up with her little broom afterwards. The color's a little…
Yay, more and more baby pictures!
Could we maybe get a link to one of the very first pictures with Appa, for contrast? Thanks!
The very first Appa picture--disregard the blog post date, it can't have been later than August 10th.
First for-scale picture, at one week.
Kawaiii!!
Love the Robeez! (my daughter had the ice cream cone version...)
It's cool to see smaller-than juxtaposed with larger-than! Thank you, Kate!
