There is some dispute within the Rosenau clan about whether we've been in Idaho. I believe we have, my parents disagree.

Thanks to Dave Munger, Bora Zivkovic and Anton Zuiker for coming up with what we've all been waiting for -- a way to keep track of all the new science blogging networks that have been sprouting up everywhere lately.
From Bora's Drumroll, please!…
So, remember back in December, I wrote a post about a Cantor crank
who had a Knol page supposedly refuting Cantor's diagonalization?

As an archaeologist I often need to plot coordinates on maps and plans. At every scale, really: from individual finds on the plan of an excavation trench to the distribution of something across Europe. Just dots of varying shapes and colours on various background maps. Most often, it's GPS data…
Why "countries and states" instead of just countries?.
Is it to make Americans feel better about the fact that they are unwelcome in most countries?
Josh,
I was going to post the map on my blog, but for some reason Blogger won't accept something in the HTML code. So, here's the next best thing--the list of states I've lived in or visited:
Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas. Washington, D.C. should be here as well.
I also lived in Mexico for two years--that's the only foreign country I've been to.
No, it's because I like my map of states better than my map of countries, and that I suspect we'll see an inverse correlation between # of states visited and # of countries.
