strangely enough, small world, I worked for a short while with Judy in her studio in Santa Monica while the Dinner Party was being created; 1977 IIRC, photographic work on the scale model. The plates were in the midst of greenware sculpting at the time.

Now that is very cool! The Dinner Party is an iconic work of art. I well recall the shitstorm when it was first exhibited. I should take advantage of its proximity at the Brooklyn Museum of Art and see it again.
