"...IF this was representative, the army has 18 months, in my estimation, to get out of Iraq, or they will be done for for a decade"

There was an interesting article on yesterday's Washington Post website about the backlog of equipment maintanence. The line, buried deep in the article, that really struck me was this.

"Despite the work piling up, the Army's depots have been operating at about half their capacity because of a lack of funding for repairs."

So, where do all of those billions go?
