Weird, I watched one of the dots move out just the other week. I wondered why as they had been there awhile and put a lot of work in the house.....

I seem to be in one of the more fortunate areas. A search on my zip code claims 195 listings, but none of the first 50 are actually in my zip code (which covers all of this town), and two of the top ten were obviously the same condo.
