I had a good printer experience, and I thought I should pass it on to you.
Printers are, of course, the spawn of Satan. Especially the ink jet kind.
For a long time, I had a cheap black and white laser, which worked OK for non color stuff, and an inkjet all in one, which was handy but cost a lot…
So, I'm getting ready to go to Vancouver, BC, next week for the Philosophy of Science Association meeting (which coincides with the Society for Social Studies of Science meeting and the History of Science Society meeting). And I'm really jazzed that I'll get to meet John Lynch and John Wilkins and…
So, I've been in the North Country for the weekend, and have mixed feelings about Toronto. On the one hand, its the metropolitan city that Detroit could only dream of being (I live in Ann Arbor, MI). Cool underground mall, pretty decent public transport, fun and safe nightlife. On the other,…

The only missing touch is some mention of the acai berry, for extra Stuff White People Like points. Headphones that resembled them, for instance.
Damn the fact that I was forced to see the above comments before typing this comment! I was frustrated by not being able to showcase my intelligence in realizing Razib's joke in the above post where he appears to have disabled further comments so I was looking forward to being able to say, "this is fake!" the moment that I saw that it offered a projector from the screen but I guess the joke actually goes a lot farther than that and others have already commented on it.
Fine, I'll showcase my intelligence by proudly declaring that I am not now and never have been a Paultard.
In the internets, that's big.
