I'd give 2:1 odds that Cohen did what he always does which is to arrange things with his mark in advance and then to change the rules on him by exploiting some aspect of the stunt that his mark wasn't expecting. The whole stunt was only able to take place because Eminem likely expected Bruno to fall on him but not in a thong and not in a 69 position.
