Well done. One of the big problems, not pointed out in this video, is that agricultural activities are exempt from stream-buffer rules in NC. The other big problem, regarding sedimentation and turbidity, is a direct result of the lack of state personnel devoted to checking up on ground-disturbing activities - due to the budget.
