Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

Well, I finally have something to look forward to; the movie, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will be released on 13 July, 2007.

In the film, Harry returns for his fifth year of study at Hogwarts and discovers that much of the wizarding community has been denied the truth about the teenager's recent encounter with the evil Lord Voldemort. Fearing that Hogwarts' venerable Headmaster, Albus Dumbledore, is lying about Voldemort's return in order to undermine his power and take his job, the Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge, appoints a new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher to keep watch over Dumbledore and the Hogwarts students. But Professor Dolores Umbridge's Ministry-approved course of defensive magic leaves the young wizards woefully unprepared to defend themselves against the dark forces threatening them and the entire wizarding community, so at the prompting of his friends Hermione and Ron, Harry takes matters into his own hands. Meeting secretly with a small group of students who name themselves "Dumbledore's Army," Harry teaches them how to defend themselves against the Dark Arts, preparing the courageous young wizards for the extraordinary battle that lies ahead.

I am very curious as to see the swamp in the castle that the Weasley twins conjure up to upset Umbridge.

Ray Feigns (SP) does a rather good job in Goblet of Fire playing an evile sociopath, though he isn't personally in much of the film. The seventh book's title is out, and if you don't already know it you can go find out by playing a flash game at J.K. Rowling's website

My girlfriend was exstatic about the release date, for she will be finished with the medical boards (1st round) by then. While I am new to Potter mania, I am looking forward to the fifth movie, but (crosses fingers) Transformers is drawing a bit of my movie enthusiasm as well. "Autobots, transform and roll out!"

I can't wait for this to come out either we have waited far too long. We are going to book our tickets in advance again as to be sure to get in on day of release shame i can't get the day off work to go to an early showing. Shame Fleur isn't in this film as i am a huge fan of Clémence Poésy hope she's back for The Halfblood Prince.

i like the book, it was well writen but not like other books i have read.
