The photogrpaher writes: This is another in my apparently unending reports on Turtle Yoga. Hey, I'm as surprised as you are that I have more. However, this is a real scoop though it may be a stretch for some readers. (The pun is intended).

This first image (there's another tomorrow) captures two turtles in what one might categorize as a rather intimate yoga moment. Personally I think that interpreting the yoga Mountain Pose this way should be done in the privacy of the home or at least out of the public's, and in this case, the cameras eye. If you try to duplicate it yourself make sure your partner is someone you know well because there's a risk it might lead to unintended injuries or even a potential lawsuit.

:) I am enjoying these. I work at a nature center and we have a red eared slider who does "yoga" daily. Ah, increasing basking surface area. Adorable.

Real scoop, indeed!
Bob Levy, You provides valuable service to us, public, capturing rare, precious records of nature. And, I like the title "Turtle Mountain Yoag Pose" GrrlScientist placed. It describes the essence in so few words. Heiku would have emanate not quite the same effect. Admirable jobs!
