One of the tricks The Beast has is to knock over his water. The first time I looked after him, I was told it was OK, just put it in a tumbler. Well, it tumbled... Eventually I bought a conical sugar bowl, which is at least a challenge.

A friend suggested that cats can't see the surface of water unless it's moving, and I think that's why Jack would knock over his water - he would prod it, and watch the surface ripples. And then he would prod it too hard. I think the cat in the clip is having the same problem. Hopefully this bowl is too big for it to knock over...
