Orpheus, a male Hawk-headed (red fan) parrot, Deroptyus accipitrinus,
Christmas day 2007.
This is the best picture I've taken of him so far, but unfortunately,
I didn't notice that he had a bit of dried food stuck to the side of
his beak until after I took the picture. Of course, after removing it,
(wouldn't you know it) I was unable to get another suitable image!

Very nice shot. You could, I suppose, try Paint/Photo/Whatever shopping the food off his beak.
Heh, I was just thinking he was Christmas colors.... Don't worry about the food -- until I read your note I'd though it was a random beak marking.... ;-)
What a stunningly beautiful bird. I didn't notice the food on his beak until you mentioned. It could easily be photoshopped out. Still, he is gorgeous.
great shot of your beautiful parrot. no worries about the food on his beak. he is just being a bird and a beautiful one at that!
