Oh, a draw seems fair :o)
Obviously the ferret didn't want to hurt the kitten.
The ferret cheated! And I bet it ran away crying to its big Josephoartigasia brother.
Bob
The ferret did not cheat. It just made better use of the features of the arena. Given that it was fighting an opponent in a different weight class, this was merely good strategy. Still, in the end, it did withdraw from the competition, so the kitten wins by default. This shows that old age and treachery do not always defeat youth and enthusiasm.

I won! LOL! I love cats and ferrets are cute too! Thanks for the video and have a great weekend!
Dave Briggs :~)
Bob: I don't know if you meant it to be funny two ways or one, but there is a common misconception out there that ferrets are rodents. So, for the benefit of any other readers who might otherwise take that lesson away from here, I'd like to point out that ferrets are not rodents, but members of Mustelidae, the weasel family, in order Carnivora.
Now that that's cleared up, as long as everyone knows it's a joke, and not a scientific fact, let the rodent jokes continue. :-)
They may be mustelids, but they look like the bastard offspring of a rat and a stretch limo...
Personally, I wouldn't let a cat play with a ferret. An ex-roommate of mine had a ferret that bit an enormous hole in my cat's throat, and my cat's the least aggressive thing on four legs, so it had to have been the ferret that caused it. (My cat's reaction to other animals is generally either fear, or "Hi! I'm a cat! Want to be my friend?")
Thanks for the clarification. I did know, but you didn't know I did know (etc. etc.). I've recently been doing some work on cycling stoats and weasels.
Bob
You've trained stoats and weasels to ride bicycles!?
