I think this is a red-eyed tree frog, Agalychnis calidryas,
as portrayed in tiles on the walls of the NYC uptown subway stop (A-B-C)
at 81st and Central Park West. (ISO, no zoom, no flash).

I was back in NYC over the weekend and I went to the AMNH. I already thought the artwork at the subway stop was really cool, but after seeing all these posts I took the time to closely examine them.
I now have a much greater appreciation of the mosaics and the tiles on the floor of the station. They really are great pieces of art and they enhance trips to the museum.
Here's a great subway art guide.

I spent some time on the subway art guide and the display at the AMNH station is called "For Want of a Nail"
