Our African Grey routinely scolds the dog, who simply ignores him, (Of course the dog ignores us when we scold too).

I used to work at a pet shop where a hyacinth macaw would taunt employees by imitating a ringing phone. When you picked up the parrot would also recite "Thank you for calling Pet Junction, how may I help you?". We used joke we should just let the bird answer the damn phone.

My grandmother is ill so I am taking care of her chihuahua Punky. My mini macaw Jennie enjoys asking Punky where her sweater is (like my grandma does) and telling the dog DON'T PISS THE CARPET.

I like the way the dog looks at the camera: "can't you do something about that thing?"
