Pansy, Viola hybrid, pale yellow cultivar.

on West 83rd street, across from the post office.
These pansies are actually a very delicate pale yellow color, but unfortunately, my digital camera was unable to capture this color, so they appear to be cream colored, instead.

The color may have been lost due to overexposure; you'll need manual settings and I imagine those blue flowers in the background would barely be visible with the correct settings.
