Based on the black-bordered yellow throat and the upright stance, it looks to me like a yellowthroated longclaw, a grassland bird I've seen in South Africa.

A longclaw certainly, but NOT Yellow-throated. Note the orange-yellow throat and the creamy-white (not bright yellow) lower belly. This is a Pangani Longclaw (Macronyx aurantiigula).

it's a yellow throated spurfowl due to the yellow throat.
