Coqui Francolin - male, with the yellow legs without spurs, and the photo shows just that hint of the black and white barring on the chest.

Coqui Francolin (Francolinus coqui.) Note the all-ochre-colored face and neck with a rufous ear patch. The back has distinctive white vertical slashes and the sides (just visible) have horizontal black streaks. This is a male.
