How charming and idyllic!

The place looks a bit different in winter :-(

There should be a web camera in Suomenlinna, but it seems to have some problems. The nearest working one I could find is at the harbour where the ferries start:

Suomenlinna is in the horizon. You can see the tower of the churh in the middle of the frame. The time zone is UTC+2.

Grrl, you sure got a trained eye (perhaps happily endowed both with time and talent) to spot such a perfect natural color combination especially in an urban setting. How far away or close by were you with your camera from the subject? If you had been too close to it or too far from, you could have dismissed the scene as mundane, not significant. But you happened to be at just the right distance to spot it, or inspite of it all, you just could, and that's how you captured it! Another strikingly beautiful scene and it's a classic!
