Takin' off that TBDMS? TBAF isn't your only choice:
TEA.(HF)3 is another source of the fluoride ion. Neat TEA-HF3 is a liquid, so it's about 10 M vs typical 1 M TBAF. A little nastier than TBAF, since it's able to liberate HF.
