Lately, I've taken to putting ESPN's Mike and Mike show on the tv in the morning while I make breakfast and do my morning exercises. It's sort of interesting to watch people doing a radio show on tv, I enjoy their shtick, and now that the NFL season is nearly upon us, it actually sort of resembles interesting sports programming (in mid-July, even PTI is nearly unwatchable).
The down side of the rapid approach of the NFL, though, is the wall-to-wall coverage of Terrell Owens-- Is he really injured? Did he practice? Did Bill Parcells make him practice? What did he have for breakfast? Did he watch cable porn in his room last night? It never ends.
I started to get really annoyed at this a few days ago, but then it hit me: this couldn't possibly be happening to a better team. The guy is poison in the locker room, and there's no team I'd rather see poisoned than the Dallas Cowboys. I feel a little sorry for Bill Parcells, who I've liked from back when he was coaching the Giants, but Jerry Jones and the rest of that organization deserve every last second of dissent and distraction that Owens will bring them.
So, you know, I'm kind of enjoying those updates, now...

Boo Yah - I listen to Mike and Mike on the radio driving into work. Mike and Mike are intersting, with a good dynamic, but am I the only one that thnks Eric Casilias should be fired? The guys' voice is annoying and his opinions are like finger nails on a blackboard.
Addition through subtraction, as they say. Or in TO's case, subtraction through addition.

It's very much like PTI-- the regular show works because Greenberg and Golic have good chemistry, but the substitute hosts never quite work. Kuselias isn't all that bad on his own show, but if you're expecting Mike and Mike, he's a poor substitute. He's the radio version of Dan LeBatard...
Chad - Yes, you get it in one. Now, you just need to get
"The Disgruntled Chemist" to chime in about your chemistry comment, and I think that the "Good Math, Bad Math" guy should commnet about TO and my "subtraction through addition" theory...
You think you're sick of it? I don't follow sports at all, and I can't go a single day without hearing the latest TO news. Gah. I like living in Dallas, I do, but man...
LeBatard is OK. What about Cold Pizza with Woody and Skip :-)
