Ron Paul is a creationist and a pretty dedicated racist. He also wants to see the United States government done away with and the country turned into a loose federation of states where each state is it's own government. Bearing both of those in mind I don't believe he is positioned correctly. He should be about 9 feet off to the right and 12 feet down of the picture.
