I think some context is required to understand this. Rather than being 'street art' this painting is on the infamous West Bank segregation wall, built by Israel to 'contain' the Palestinians. There are photos of others on Banksy's site. Without this information the political significance is not apparent.

thank you, dc. I wasn't aware of the political statement of this painting. I posted it for what it meant to me: how dreams can never be constrained by a place, time and misfortunes.
