Let's end this year with a bang! Here is this week's mystery campus: hint: It's getting cold. As usual, leave your answers in the comment section. (although I screwed up last time, don't worry, Willie is warm!)
It's that time of the week. Let's try something a bit more challenging. Here is today's mystery campus: Hint: How proteins get into these organelles. Leave your answers in the comment section.
As we correct for the earth's rotation by adding a leap day, I'll add an extra campus to this week's edition of Map That Campus. (Yes two for the price of one!) Here's the first mystery campus: And below the fold is the second mystery campus: hint: Even Possibilities unseen require Some…
I guess last week's mystery campus was way too easy, congrats to Arrowsmith for his two correct answers. This week will be a little harder. So here is this week's "campus": hint: Great place to have a trip, I got more done here than ever before! Email me or leave your answers in the comment…

Next week - must be a reference to Darwin's birthday on Feb. 12. But wait, Darwin never visited Northwestern University, so I don't see how that could be relevant.

That was a good hint. My wife was born there--the town, not the institute. I'll have to talk to her about gathering data tonight.

Mustafa - If Bill Carmody doesn't get the team playing better, he will soon learn all about "survival of the fittest" in the Big Ten.... Does that count?

Sorry about the thread hi-jack, I just had to get that off my chest.

Back to the Map Your Campus... What a strange "X" shaped building on the upper right quadrangle...Is this where the X-Men were developed? No visable Football stadiums, or baseball fields, so it's probably not in the US...

What a coincidence for me. I know this campus, I see the observatory to the left (west) a triangular shaped Arts bldg., Dunn meadow, a very long student union bldg. By the way, the football stadium is farther north , the X shapes are dorms.
