PalCast #5---road ramblings

OK, in all the recent chaos, I finally got PalCast # 5 out. It touches on some wide-ranging issues: the screwed up US health care system, pooled risk, hospitalists, and the ethics of being a doctor-blogger.

We are experiencing a double shot of technical difficulties. My PC is kaput, so I can't troubleshoot the palcast. Everyone's patience during the interregnum is appreciated.

Having seen where some of the bits and pieces you put into this came from, I'm thoroughly impressed at how you tied it together thematically.
