I remember this: we filled the sink with soapy water, and detatched the rubber tube from the bunsen burner and ran it into the sink and turned it on. It created big suds, which we lit, and it rose into the air in a flaming glob. there was a substitute teacher. I guess she was afraid to tell, because there was never any consequence or feedback.
