Russia has suspended its compliance with the Treaty on Conventional Forces in Europe over the issue of US forward based missile defence systems
This is brilliant!
US foreign policy is an incoherent mess.
But, now it has been reduced to a "previously known problem"!
I expect an analytic solution will be derived any year know, probably in a small old house on an isolated island in the Atlantic.

It seems to me that "foreign policy" necessarily implies the recognition of the existance of interests outside one's own. This administration does not recognize any interests other than its own. Therefore I think it can be reasonably argued that this administration does not have a foreign policy.
It becomes more and more obvious that the current US administration is incredibly incompetent bunch of people.
