new look

New banner image and design, courtesy of Josh Gemmell. Thanks.

I like it.
May redecorate eventually. We'll see how it goes.

Michael Egnor, that neurosurgeon whose tenuous grip on rationality makes him so popular with the creationists, thinks he has a gotcha moment with some notorious atheist. That rude godless fellow, who is me, said this, which is accurate: …greater science literacy, which is going to lead to the…
Like the headline says. I've been thinking about setting up a schwag shoppe, and so I'm going to need a logo. So I'm turning to you, my brilliant readers who (I hope) are far more photoshop-proficient than I am. Though I did make my own banner in photoshop, which I think is pretty awesome, if I…

I supposed having different banners on the front page from sub-pages would be cute,
but this is the sort of stuff that really should point to a single point and take it from there,

Glad to be of at least some limited service! Looks like I got the text a bit too high... Anyways, when you get around to redecorating, you can get a real graphic designer to whip up a proper banner, or maybe hold a contest like Ed/Tara/a few others did. Text over a starry background is easy; Bora's banner is a work of art.
