Not in the top 6%. Aside from that, who knows? The absence of comments is probably good in forestalling complaints about the TAC, though feedback would be helpful in looking forward to Cycle 18. (When do people think that'll happen? Mid-2010, with the expectation that C18 starts in early 2011? That seems like a long time.)

And for whatever it's worth, once I saw the oversubscription rate was 16:1, I wrote the proposal off. It's pretty clear that everybody in the field wildly misjudged the response rate on a last-minute call, over the holidays, to use decade-old instruments.
