Sunday Chess Problem is taking the week off. But in other sporting news, Holly Holm defeated Ronda Rousey in their big fight on Saturday.
Dunk Malaria is organizing a Malaria Action Day on March 19th, to raise awareness of malaria. The idea is that people net a basketball to symbolize the insecticide treated netting that is the best weapon against malaria. Good.

I'm not sure I entirely agree that you should only "fight" with bloggers or things bigger than yourself. If a blog with much, much less traffic than mine decides to take me on and I notice, I like to think I'm doing him/her a favor by responding (although I usually do try to live up to the "Respectful" in Respectful Insolence when I do so) because it sends a lot of traffic their way. See today's post later this morning...

Well, it says to link to the little buggers and respond, but not make a huge deal out of it and focus on bigger fish. In your case, it is not so much the person you are attacking but the idea s/he is respresenting.

Like people in real life, there are really only two types of bloggers. Those in broadcast mode, and those that aren't.
