Curiously enough the gay mayor of Providence, David Cicilline is Jewish/Italian so his mom was Jewish and his father Catholic.

He leans more toward the Jewish side so I bet he's keeping kosher for Christmas. I wonder though, he seems to like Latino guys and well, in my experience, many haven't had their bris.

Hey, I'm just the opposite--Jewish dad, Italian/Catholic mom. So I have had days not entirely unlike those depicted in the video. I'm not very religious, was raised to think of myself as Jewish, and some years ago went through a "discover my roots" thing that included trying to keep kosher for a while, with a wife who is vegetarian. Trying keeping vegetarian/kosher for passover while sitting through an Italian/Catholic Easter Dinner! I think we got to eat a boiled egg.
